Took my car in for a recall fix. Service said it would take about a hour and a half and asked me if I wanted the customery car wash. I said sure. After a little over two hours wait I texted the number and ask if they knew when it would be done. Five minutes after I inquired I got a text back saying it was ready but needed additional work. I replied would schedule another day. They brought my car around with no car wash. And only had decaf coffee and no creamer for the customers waiting

Everyone was nice and accommodating. I arrived Thursday around 12:30 pm I was a cash paying customer and had already picked out the car I wanted before arriving. So I did not look at or test drive anything else. I had to wait from 2pm-5pm for the finance manager to close my deal. I was finally done at 6pm. 6 hours a dealership is to be expected when your financing. I should have been in and out very quickly. Hence the 4 Stars.

Sons Kia offered me an AMAZING experience! I was to get the vehicle I wanted and the process was seamless.
My Kia broke down on the highway yesterday while travelling for work and the dealerships I called couldn't see me for a week. I called SONS Kia and talked with Jeremiah who found a way to fit me in and complete the service the next day so I can travel back home. The dealership is responsive, BUT they could do a better job of informing customers ahead of time on pricing for services particularly if you dropped the car off and left. Oil changes are too high compared to services rendered elsewhere.
I took my Kia K5 to be serviced by them for routine maintenance. Jeremiah the customer service assistant was very professional. He provided me with an estimate, explained the services they provided, and checked to see what warranties I had that could be applied to the cost. They did a free safety check and shared the results with me. He also provided me with a copy of all the warranties that I have on my car. I visit the dealership due to a safety recall. Jason is the technician I worked with. Jason was so professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and had amazing communication skills. He was able to provide me options to all my concerns. Because of him I know I am able to make an informative decision about my car instead of an emotional one. I hope everyone can experience the same professional I experienced with Jason.
